Payment Method

We only accept payments of Cash, Cash App, Square Register and Venmo. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

Electronic payments allow you, the customer, and us to see all of your payment information online, which tremendously reduces financial issues. This allows us to focus on your service.

Payment is due after completion of service - before the end of the day. Please only schedule service on the day you are able to pay.

Communication

Our main communication method is text 678-212-1024. We also respond quickly to email sparklepropertycleaning@gmail.com

We use technology and the internet heavily in our day to day operation. We limited phone calls primarily for new client orientations, in-service questions, emergencies, and billing issues.

Estimates, Quotes, Prices

Our work is mostly billed out on a time estimated labor rate formula.  We rarely give exact pricing as the nature of this work is extremely variable.  In terms of thoroughness and individual customer preferences. If you are given a price range for a project, this is an estimate and not a final price. The final price is determined by the crew leader on-site.

Pets, Children, Gates, Vehicles, Lawn Obstacles

We strive to work with the homeowner to ensure the safety of their children and pets.  Clearly identifying the home owner as the primary party responsible for the safety of these loved ones, before, during, and after the service is a top priority in providing true security.  We will diligently request and demand of our crews that they always close gates, and doors behind them, but this alone is not nearly enough effort to ensure the security of our children and pets.  It is our position that the customer is expressly responsible for ensuring that all children and pets must be removed from the service area(s) at the time of service, and cannot accidentally make their way back into the service areas during a service.  After the service is complete, the customer is expressly responsible for the securing of all gates, pool gates, garage doors, and property doors prior to releasing children or pets back into these areas.

Our crews are instructed to remove any toys, trash, and other small visible debris from a lawn prior to service.  They are not responsible for moving hoses, electrical lines, or extension cords of any kind, nor can they move any part of any "installed" equipment.

It is the customers responsibility to move any items or obstacles that could be damaged during the course of the service process.  This specifically includes objects that may be hidden or obscured by the lawn, plants or shrubs in the lawn areas.. Homeowners are also responsible to report any hazards or conditions that may exist in the service area when submitting a work order so they can be written into the service order notes.

  • PROPERLY INSTALLED LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING AND SPRINKLER SYSTEMS DO NOT HAVE EXPOSED WIRES AND OR EXPOSED WATER LINES, AND ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO DAMAGE DURING THE COURSE OF THE LAWN MOWING PROCESS.

Our lawn crews are instructed to be very careful around cars and other vehicles, and to shoot debris away from these obstacles. If they determine that a vehicle is too close to a particular services area, they are instructed to knock on the door and otherwise try to inform the customer of the situation for it to be remedied.

However, if damage to your car body or glass occurs from a flying projectile delivered by our equipment, we will not be liable for this damage.  Customers are responsible for moving all vehicles out of harm’s way to a temporary location while the lawn is being serviced.  If you have insurance coverage on your vehicle, your insurance policy is primarily liable for the damages to the vehicle caused by a projectile.

Contrary to popular belief, the law, and most companies policies are written exactly this way.  The owners car insurance is primarily liable to repair damage to a vehicle.  If the owner of the vehicle does not have adequate coverage, then our insurance company will pay for the appropriate damages in this event.  Home owners are responsible for securing their own vehicles.  The burden for securing the vehicle from damage lies solely with the owner of the vehicle.

Notifications: We  welcome all notifications of when these events occur.  These notifications help us to work together with you and our crews to better protect children, pets, property and vehicles.  If you have experienced such an event, or need to discuss any details of this policy, or need to add any special request notes to your work orde, please email us at : sparklepropertycleaning@gmail.com
